About This Item

Doubleday, 2006. Limited Numbered First Edition. Full Leather. Fine/Fine. Scarce in the signed limited edition! A handsome dark blue full leather Deluxe Limited Numbered Edition signed by the author on the limitation page and numbered 164 of 250 Limited Edition copies.

In fine unread condition in a matching blue cloth slipcase.. The book was carefully removed for pictures through a slit on the spine of the shrinkwrap, so the fine slipcase has never had the original shrinkwrap removed. With blue-dotted page edges, the text block and silk bookmark have never been touched. Complete with the original glassine dustjacket.

This is John Grisham's first nonfiction book, the story of Ron Williamson, how he was arrested in a small southern town, charged with a crime he did not commit and sent to death row. Written in true John Grisham style. A beautiful copy.

Note that this book was also published in a trade edition with a traditional dustjacket, as is true of all of Grisham's works. However, the trade edition was not signed before it left the publisher,as was the limited edition was so no doubts about the authenticity of the signature here and in all of John Grisham's limited editions.

Synopsis
