This book is Volume 25 of Studies from the Institute for Medical Research in Kuala Lumpur. It is described as the Jubilee edition, and it is a sizeable book, 380 pages in length, with a photo section and an index. A card at the front indicates that this was originally a gift from the director. At the front is a portrait of Frank Athelstane Sweetenham, founder of the Institute. A name and a small blank label are present at the front, where you will also find endpapers decorated with a map of Malaya.
