FIRST EDITION. 8°, contemporary mottled calf (somewhat worn, front hinge cracked, spine lightly wormed), flat spine gilt, edges of covers gilt, text-block edges decorated to a mottled design in imitation of the leather covers, marbled endleaves. Woodcut diagram on p. 43. Clean and crisp, printed on thick paper. A few small, light stains, but on the whole in very good condition. 56 pp. *** FIRST EDITION. There is a Valencia, 1993 reprint. The book promotes a new agricultural device.*** Aguilar Piñal II, 1666: locating 5 copies in Spanish libraries, including 2 in the Biblioteca Nacional. Not in Palau. Enciclopedia universal ilustrada XI, 841. No edition located in CCPBE. Rebiun locates only the 1993 edition. Jisc locates a single copy, in the National Library of Scotland.
