Pages have slight foxing, tanning and minor thumbing.Previous owner's inscription to front endpaper. Text block edges rather foxed. Boards have some edge wear, with slight bumping and fraying to corners, while spine ends are moderately crushed and rubbed. Intensely stained and dust-mottled overall. Heavy rubbing to spine. Book has a moderate forward lean. Boards are slightly bowed. Gilt is dulled and worn.
