About This Item
Del Rey, 2004 First printing (complete number line). New Crobuzon is being ripped apart, by internal rebellion and by war with the shadowy city state of Tesh. In all of this blood and violence there are whispers. It is the time of the Iron Council. No remainder mark, not price-clipped, not bumped. An attractive copy made more so by the addition of a Brodart protective cover. All books are bubble-wrapped and placed in a sturdy shipping box when mailed. Tracking number supplied on domestic orders.
Synopsis
Iron Council (2004) is the fourth novel by China Miéville, set in the same universe as his previous books Perdido Street Station (2000) and The Scar (2002), although they can all be read independently of each other. In addition to the steampunk influences shared by its predecessors, Iron Council also draws several elements from the western genre.
