New York: Hurd & Houghton. Good+ with no dust jacket. 1873. Hardcover. Although the front board has bright gilt lettering and graphic there is a water stain on lower corner that affects the inside cover corner, as well as the endpaper. The rear board is also water stained, but not so noticeably on the inside rear board. Chip to the top edge of the spine, but does not affect the lettering; Top edge gilt. A clean, tight binding. All three folding maps are in very good condition except there is one 2" closed tear along one seam. ; Folding Maps; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 182 pages .
