The TNS nevertheless notifies him that his pay will rise from $1440 per annum in Grade CAF 2 to $1620 per annum in Grade CAF 3, effective July 16, 1941. Typed date August 8, 1941. Signed J. Edgar Hoover (blue ink). Accompanying this is the letter from the acting Atty General and Assistant Atty General, both signatures present. Two pieces. .
