Pädagoge, Philosoph und Psychologe, (1776 - 184). - Nach dem Besuch des Oldenburger Gymnasiums studierte H. 1894-97 in Jena vor allem Philosophie. Während seiner anschließenden dreijährigen Hauslehrertätigkeit in Bern lernte er Johann Heinrich Pestalozzi kennen. Zwei Jahre hielt sich H. bei einem Jenaer Studienfreund in Bremen auf und bereitete sich auf ein akademisches Lehramt vor. Er ließ sich in Göttingen immatrikulieren, promovierte nach dem ersten Semester und habilitierte sich. 1805 lehnte H. Berufungen auf die Ordinariate der Philosophie nach Heidelberg und Landshut ab und wurde ao. Professor in Göttingen und 1809 o. Professor in Königsberg, folgte aber 1833 dem Ruf auf den Göttinger philosophischen Lehrstuhl. - H. gehört zu den großen philosophischen Pädagogen am Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts. Er brachte die Erziehungslehre in enge Verbindung mit seinen philosophischen Grundgedanken, indem er das Ziel der Erziehung aus der Ethik, das dazu erforderliche Verfahren aber aus der Psychologie ableitete. 010

Terms of payment

Invoices are to be paid within 15 days. For first orders we reserve delivery after payment in advance. In case of delay of payment, the second reminder is charged at an extra cost of CHF 10.00. Also, other additional costs are charged to the customer.

Sales return

In the event of a well-founded claim, the merchandise can be returned upon consultation within 14 days. If the claim turns out to be unsubstantiated, or the damage is the result from improper handling by the customer etc., all the costs are charged to the customer. Returns are only accepted with the invoice enclosed. Damages during shipment have to be notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the refund expires. Return upon dissatisfaction is excluded.

Place of venue

We are subject only to Swiss law. Place of venue is Zurich.
