New York: Macmillan, 1911. First Edition. Hardcover. Fair. Octavo. xx, [1], 468 pages, [1], [4] pages advertisements. Frontispiece photograph. Green cloth hardcover with gilt stamped title on spine. Gilt top edge. Light edge and shelf shelf wear to the cloth binding. Both hinges are broken with exposed webbing. The right front flyleaf and the half title page are detached. Pasted down on the right front flyleaf is an approximate 6" x 4" studio portrait photograph of J. L. M. Curry. The front paste down has a shadow the cabinet card and an inscribed card "Compliments of Mrs. Alice Connally". Inscription reads - "To Dr. Wm H. Hilliard." Interior contents clean.
