Bound in full royal blue morocco leather with 5 raised bands and inner dentels. Elegantly decorated in bright gilt with rubbing to the extremities. Oriignal wrappers bound in along with the paper spine. Limited Edition 292 of 425 printed on Rives Paper and heavy stock. Book was printed with the option of binding later. Numerous tissue covered plates on dark cream leaves in both single color and multi color. Edges uncut. Exemplaire sur papier de rives Quatre plances fac-simile en coleurs. Probably bound by Survand. Painter to the King. Loose Russian book mark with double headed eagle in red and black. .
