The first edition, first impression exploring the impressive reserve of LongHouse, set up by American textile designed and author Jack Lenor Larsen. A non-profit sculpture garden and arboretum in East Hampton, the reserve included his house, and was completed in 1992 in a designed inspired by Ise Shrine, a seventh century Shinto shrine in Japan. Written by Molly Chappellet, the work revisits its history from its foundation and through some stunning colourful photographs in text throughout. In the original publisher's quarter cloth binding.
