Trade paperback in card covers with a 16 page section of photos (mostly colour) on plates. Eraser marks to top corner of half title where a bookseller's notation has been removed. No other markings. Binding square and firm. Minor wear only.

Cost of shipping is based on a standard size and weight. If the book you order is bigger or heavier, we might contact you about additional shipping charges which you may choose to accept or decline. Destination also makes a difference. For example, US rates apply to the lower 48 only; additional charges might apply for other locations. If you decline the revised shipping charge, the order will be cancelled. Shipping times indicated are estimates only. Local taxes, duties and import fees not included.
