NY: New York University Bureau of Public Information, 1927. D.W. Hering's office copy of the original 17 page typescript and 6 pages of handwritten notes and two clippings. The notes and clippings have become disbound. Above the title is written "Preliminary Account." A few other marginalia appear in the text. The cover and pages are quite worn and crudely bound with a strip of linen over the staples. . Stapled Covers. Fair.
