April1915.. viii + 86 pages, including notes,19.5 x 14 cm, quarter green morocco, spine lettered and ruled in gilt in compartments, raised bands, marbled boards and endpapers, red head & tail bands and top edge gilt, with the original green paper wrapper pasted-in at the rear. An extremely clean and unmarked copy in a fine binding. Published in April 1915 in an edition of 1000 copies at The Riverside Press Cambridge Mass.
