Copenhagen: Jazz Media ApS, 1995. Hardcover. Very Good. Five hardcovers, no jackets. Very Good. All volumes with light wear to corners and bottom board edges; some rubbing/wear to covers; slgiht spine slant; light rubbing to spine gilt; some soiling to edges of pages; some dust staining to top edge of pages; pages yellowing. Vol. 1 with 3 light scratches to back cover; bottom back and top front corners bumped. Vol. 2 with spot of soiling to spine. Vol 3 with small crease to head and foot of spine; slight bump to head of spine at front cover edge. Vol. 4 with couple of light bumps to bottom board edges and foot of spine. Extra postage will be required due to weight of books.
