About This Item

San Francisco: San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, 1992. Faint soiling to the top edge of the covers, else near fine in a near fine dust jacket with some light surface impression marks.. First Edition. Quarto. INSCRIBED by the artist, with a small drawing of a flower, to art fabricator Dick Polich: "Dick, / I would never have / been able to achieve / this work without your / help and Tallix / All my best to you / and your great staff / (check mark) '93 / Jeff." Laid in the book are 2 postcards of Koons' Puppy, 1992; 2 photos on Fujicolor paper of Koons' Puppy in porcelain; and negatives from a roll of film in a "Fishkill Plaza One Hour Photo" envelope (with images that might have been taken at the fabrication studio, and images of a female figure sculpture - not by Koons).
