This issue discusses death threats received by Reverend Jesse Jackson due to his role as the SCLC's Operation Breadbasket as well as news on various African-American notables. GOOD condition. Mailing label on the front cover, with a small hole in the cover near the label. General toning, minor soiling, scuffing and wrinkling. Some scuffing and curling along the extremities.

From the collection of Zelma George, who served as an advisor to President Eisenhower's administration, an alternate delegate to the UN General Assembly, and served on the executive council of the American Society of African Culture, among various other roles.
