Full brown cloth, gilt stamped title to spine and publisher's device to lower front board. 63 pp. Fading to gilt, rubbing to spine ends and corners, foxing to rear board. Pencil inscription to ffep. Dust jacket has large chip to spine head, long tear to foot of front flap at fore edge, stain to rear cover, long tear to rear joint, reinforced to reverse and in protective Brodart cover. This short comedic play from James Branch Cabell is set in sixteenth century Tuscany and follows a cadre of businessmen.
