(Circa1965.. Large scrapbook with numerous colour and black and white Russian and Chinese illustrations which appear to have been clipped from magazines of the time. Many depict revolutionary heroic actions, military events and inspirational locations, some images show revolutionary images of the time others non political paintings. Some have brief captions in Chinese, (simplified characters). Circa 62pp. The scrapbook shows signs of use with some fading and chipping or creasing at the edges of some leaves, one leaf is loose but images are largely unaffected. Cord tied binding is very worn and chipped with covering at upper corner of upper cover missing but still holding. 33 x 46cm. An interesting and rather quaint album for this period. .
