Shrewsbury: Airlife Publishing Ltd, 1999. 1st edition. Hardback. Blue cloth with gold lettering to spine. Octavo. [xiv prelims] 225 pages. Numerous b&w photographs within the text. Foreword by Raymond Baxter. Pasted onto the front free endpaper is a bookplate signed by both Cunningham and Golley. Good in Good jacket. Text a bit tanned at the edges. Jacket has some wear and creasing along its top edge, as well as a few faint marks on its faces.
