A history of literary and political figures associated with the publishing house, as well as major events of the time. Private gift inscription on upper half-title, evidence of book-plate having been inside front cover, and moderate foxing to prelims and title page. A sound, tight used copy, interior clean and unmarked with no writing or underlining. Good. .
