About This Item
[Frankfort, KY]: Kentucky General Assembly, 1871. First edition. Folio. 2 pp. [with a blank integral leaf]. Presenting a resolution to "heartily indorse" the action in Congress of providing for a centennial exhibition to be held in Philadelphia in 1876 and requesting that Kentucky's Senators and Representatives "consider favorably all measures of National Legislation necessary to make the Exhibition worthy of the occasion and a credit to the American people." Talbott (1808-1887) served in the U.S. House, 1855-1859. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Folded as for mailing (short breaks to two of the folds). Very good.
