Fine-looking, structurally sound hardcover, little discernible wear beyond superficial, with a bright interior, unmarked. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, little worn. Perfectly readable, usable copy. Bound simply in brown cloth covers, silver lettering to spine. List of illustrations, Book I: "A Journal of of the Voyages and Travels of a Corps of Discovery," then Introduction, map of the Lewis and Clark route, Preface by the original publisher, then journal entries from May 14, 1804 to August 22, 1806. Book II is comprised of the Account Book of Patrick Gass, 1826-1837 and 1847-1848. Extensive prelims, then 3-445 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
