Hardcover with tan/brown boards and pictorial dust jacket, first thus, 324g, 190pgs, blank endpapers. David Davies is one of the first scientists to produce a detailed book on the highland region of New Guinea and the stone age men that inhabit the area. Book is in good condition with general wear and tear and moderate page discolouration/spotting throughout. Boards are in good condition with only light shelf wear. Dust jacket has been stuck to the boards. Dust jacket is in good condition with minor shelf wear and shipping and one small 1/2 inch tear to the bottom front edge, otherwise no other pre-loved markings..
