Has a date on the title page and no printings on the copyright page more than enough for this book to be a 1st Edition per the publisher. 1928, Boni & Liveright, No DJ. Light and dark brown decorated boards, brown spine and label is missing top part and very soiled, top spine has tears and weak, bottom spine more of stretch and bruised, shelf wear moderate corners, bookplate inside cover. It is tight, clean inside and square.
Doing research the poet may only have 2 books, one about Christmas and this poetry book. But he has appeared twice in the best of 1923 and 1924 edited by L. A. G. Strong publisher Small and Maynard and Company, Boston. It would seem there should have been more or something happen to him. Either way, he held the public eye for a very short while, and his books are in small quantities.
