The text is illustrated with both coloured and black-and-white photography of pieces of work use within the exhibition. Buff coloured Card covers. Illustrated dustwrapper, being the Coat of Arms of Australia, a grey background with red coloured titles on the front panel. A catalogue put out to commemorate the Jubilee exhibition of Australian Art. Each style of Art has a small explanation e.g., Aboriginal Art by Leonhard Adam. A little rubbing and scuffing to the book edges and the staples that are holding the catalogue together have started to rust. Creasing to the dustwrapper edges and there is also some rubbing to the dustwrapper corners. Foxing to the dustwrapper, particularly along the staple line. This is the first Australian edition.
