Steve Sullivan's #366 (Glamour Girls: The Illustrated Encyclopedia,1999) & Kentucky native Julia burst on the scene early 1980s, w/ stunning lush dimensions, frequently billed as Dolly Parton's cousin, eventually an adult film actress & entrepreneur.
