About This Item
New York: The Radical Review Publishing Association, 1918. First Separate Edition. 12mo (19.5 cm). Printed thick card wrappers; 122pp. Binding flaw has resulted in an extra frontispiece, half-title and contents page to be inserted prior to the title page. Wrappers slightly stained on front cover; front hinge a bit messy over-glued as a result of the binding flaw, resulting in some tears to first leaf at gutter; Good and sound. Dannenberg was a member of the Workers International Industrial Union, a DeLeonist offshoot of the I.W.W., and editor of its short-lived organ First of May. The lectures and essays collected here were first published in The Radical Review in 1917 and 1918.
