Hannover (hanover): P. S. Schluter. Very Good with no dust jacket. (1790/1840?). Stereotype Edition. Hardcover. In Contemporary (to the book) brown cloth boards with No titling to the spine. Plain endpapers. Lacks all before Title page. Vignette to Title page. No Date - but presumably a reprint as 'Stereotyp Ausgabe' is printed under the attractive b/w vignette on the Title page. - the detail (dedication? ) on the reverse of the Title page is dated 1790, but...? . The paper/print is certainly late 18th/19th Century. 175 pp. (+1 page at the end = 'Das Ein mal Ein'. ). NO Inscriptions or Marks. Lemon page edges. Overall an Excellent Very Clean, Tight and Bright copy of what appears to be a scarce imprint. An early German, Lutheran/Evangelist Catechism. ; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall .
