First edition printed in Britain, sm. 8vo, pp. 137, [1]; orig. green cloth lettered in gilt on upper cover and spine; spine darkened and a little askew, small cracks at spine extremities, else very good. BAL 12851. The London edition published by Slater may have been available earlier (BAL 12096) but was advertised an "an importation ... ready for sale June 4." The Liverpool edition was advertised as "nearly ready" on June 1. With the bookplate of Harrison Hayford.
