About This Item
Clay City, KY: Back Home in Kentucky, 2005. Hardcover. 4to. Blue cloth with gilt lettering, pictorial dust jacket. 160pp. Frontispiece, extensive illustrations (most color), maps, foldout map. Near fine/near fine. A tight and handsome first edition of this collection of brief articles by a "Who's Who" of Kentucky and Civil War historians -- prime among them noted historian James C. Klotter, who contributes two chapters -- and who boldly signs the title page of this copy, adding "All best wishes." A lovely copy.
