Description: Author and artist Diana Thorne is identified on the front cover, with the artist's name showing on the bottom of the painting (prefixed with the word ''by''), but this is dark upon a dark background and hard to spot. One interior page also reproduces the artist's name. The cover declares ''stories and pictures'' -- but stories is a bit misleading. A large format picture book with short simple captions for the illustrations. All art is in color.
