A musical dramatization of the life of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Lyricist John Briley was best known for the 1982 musical "Gandhi," for which Briley won an Academy Award.
From the estate of film producer Elliott Kastner, whose best known credits include "The Long Goodbye" (Robert Altman, 1973), "The Missouri Breaks" (Arthur Penn, 1976), and "Heat" (Michael Mann, 1996).
Set in Georgia.
Clear plastic wrappers. Title page present, with book and lyrics credits to JOHN BRILEY and music credits to RICHARD BLACKFORD. 93 leaves, with last page of text numbered ACT II-32. Xerographic duplication, rectos only. Pages Near Fine, wrapper Very Good plus, with a black comb binding.
