Bound in publisher's original burgundy cloth decorated in black and gilt. Very Good. Repair to head of spine and inner hinges. Cloth at spine darkened with stamping rubbed. Corners softened. Foxing to endsheets, pages toned. Map intact, with small tear and several small spots. One of the prolific author's best-known works.
