About This Item
The Board of Trustees of Concord Academy, 1962. 1st Edition. Soft cover. Very Good. Tudor, Tasha. Privately published by Concord Academy (for girls) , this is a series of talks on the education of young American women by Headmistress of School, Elizabeth B. Hall. It includes an address that Archibald MacLeish gave the student body. Now, it is most collectible as it was illustrated by Tasha Tudor, and, as it was not commercially published, is rarely found. 8vo, printed paper covers, French-style, 89 pages, with a cover pictorial plus 12 text illustrations, one full page, all others half page. Covers slightly toned around edges, with small loss spine foot and moderate chipping / tearing around edges as is often seen with French-style covers. Uncommon.
