Three titles bound as one (see images for title pages), including M. Caudel's L'Afrique du Nord: Les Byzantins, les Berbers, les Arabes avant les Invasions published in 1800, Bonaventure F. Slaars' Etude sur Smyrne par Constantin Iconomos inscribed to the half title and signed to the frontis by the author and published in 1868, and lastly Alexandre Weill's Le Centenaire de L'Emancipation des Juifs published in 1888. Quarter calf over brown marbled boards. French text throughout. Wear to leather on spine and front hinge cracked. Minor foxing throughout. Small stamp to rear of first title page. Clean copy with no previous owners' names or other defcacements. All scarce titles, with no results found on OCLC for the initial title.
