Original orange cloth. xxviii, 338, vii, 319 p.; 16 plates (6 of which are colored lithographic plates, including the frontises), folding map. Darkening to spine, minor soiling and rubbing to boards. Shaken, several gutters cracked, plates verso of Chapter 4 starting to loosen from binding, plans of the temple in Vol. II are loose from binding. <br> Burton's Obit pasted in front end page. Early signature on end page of vol. 1. BM; Penzer, pp 96-97. One of 1000 copies printed. This is an oversized or heavy book, that requires additional postage for international delivery outside the US.
