Shaken, several gutters cracked, plates verso of Chapter 4 starting to loosen from binding, plans of the temple in Vol. II are loose from binding. <br> Burton's Obit pasted in front end page. Early signature on end page of vol. 1. BM; Penzer, pp 96-97. One of 1000 copies printed.
