Brown cloth with gilt lettering; 86 pages. With an extract dated 1900 from the "Boston Daily Globe" entitled "The Torrens System of Land Transfer" laid in. Gift inscription and previous owners' names/addresses on the front pastedown. Otherwise fine.. Hard Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
