Printed only two times (1905 and 1913), this VERY RARE hardback is 4 3/4" x 7" with 88 pages, and no dust jacket. Overall condition is VERY GOOD PLUS. Pages (all edges are tinted red) = Very Good: 2 owner names penned on first fep, lightly tanned, foxing and staining to early pages, foxing to last couple of pages, tinting on edges faded, else very tight, sharp, clear, with no additional marks. Cover (reddish-brown cloth boards with embossed emblem and debossed particulars front, gold gilt particulars on spine) = Near Fine: light rubbing to corners and top/bottom of spine, else tight, clear, stand-out gilt, square.
