Bound in the original printed paper-covered boards and brown cloth spine. At the top of the photo you can see the original built-in brown cloth loop -- apparently intended so that the book could be easily suspended from a conveniently located nail or hook. 4.5" wide by 7.5" tall. 160pp. + many pages of ads, both bound-in and tipped-in. There are printed ads on both front and rear covers and endpapers.
