Paris: E. Victor, 1903. First edition. Paperback. Orig. illustrated wrappers. Very good. Camara. 16 pages. 31 x 24 cm. A satirical journal illustrated frequently by Anarchist and radical socialist artists, founded by Samuel Schwarz, a naturalized Hungarian Jew. Each issue contained 16 full page designs in color and black and white. This issue illustrated mostly in color by Camara. The high and mighty take a pounding, Teddy Roosvelt included for his treatment of blacks. Backstrip reinforced with archival tape.
