(xvi),(40)pp. Portrait frontispiece. Original blue-white weave linen, ruled in blind on upper and lower covers, and lettered across upper cover and spine in gilt; spine just a touch dulled and with two tiny marks; occasional slight browning and spotting, but a very good copy.
