Illustrated with frontispiece, eleven plates, and ten maps. Collated complete. Written by John Buchan, an English naturalist and explorer. In the original pictorial cloth binding. Externally, sound with rubbing to the extremities and minor bumping. Fading to the spine and the odd mark to the boards. Discolouration to the edges of the front board. Two small splits in the cloth to the head of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright with light scattered spotting. Contemporary ink inscriptions to the front pastedown. Good
