New York, NY: Frederick Fell, 1949. Book. Near Fine. Cloth. 1st Edition. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Black cloth with blue cloth spine wrap. Red lettering/design to the spine. First printing, November 1949, so stated. This copy is NEAR FINE in a NEAR FINE, unclipped ($2.50) , blue with red/whie pictorial DJ ( white lettering) designed by Sidney Solomon. Exterior is rich and clean. Lettering crisp. Minimal crimping at spine ends, but edges and tips are sharp. Inside has PO armorial BP on inside front paste down. Otherwise, unmarked, crisp and tight with modest toning. DJ has modest chipping at spine ends, modest sunning to spine, otherwise bright with minimal other wear. Uncommon in DJ..
