Laid in is a letter from Chris McDonough on Trinity College letterhead to author Haijo Westra asking him if he would be interested in reviewing this book. Also laid in is a three page handwritten rough copy of Mr. Westra's reply. 306 pp. Footnotes, appendices, bibliography, index. Tiny bumps to top corners, Mr Westra's very occasional light pencil marks. Very Good.
