Pamphlet (4 1/8" x 6 7/8"), stitched as issued with original blue-grey paper wrappers. 14, [2] pp. including a list of members from 1805 to 1825 printed on 2 pages plus contemporary handwritten annotations on membership status and names of new members subsequently added. Not in Shaw & Shoemaker. These by-laws include a description of the number of officers, their duties and function, the various committees, the process of accepting new members, the form of the correct uniform and the rules of order. There is also a list of members admitted from 1805 to 1825. Uncommon. Worldcat shows no holding of this item in U. S. libraries. Dampstain to upper right corners but otherwise very good.
