Brooklyn: Charles Meeker Kozlay, 1909. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine in a very scarce and Very Good dustwrapper which is moderately worn with a one-inch chip at the heel of the spine and a smaller chip slightly affecting the lettering at the top of the spine. BAL 7407 & 3510. Contains the first appearance of Mark Twain's "Letter on John Camden Hotten" about the English pirate. Copy #87 of only 100 numbered copies of the Limited Edition bound in flexible suede with gilt lettering on the front cover. In a printed brown dustwrapper (not noted by BAL).
