Toronto: The Ryerson Press, 1951. First Edition, Later Printing . Hardcover. Very Good/Poor. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Ivan E. Scott **SIGNED**. March, 1951. Book was printed by The Gananoque Reporter. XII chapters. Acknowledgment by E.P.E. Foreword by Arthur Stringer. Green cloth covered boards have orange text on spine only. Book is tight and square and has no notations other than the two signatures. Spine ends are slightly worn, corner tips show bit of wear, front panel shows light soiling. Chipped, unpriced DJ has detached front flap with cameo photo of author, auction sale ID sticker on spine. Book does not have corrections on pp. 138, 139 and 166. FlatSIGNED by author and illustrator at top of ffep. A rare find in this state. Bookseller's Inventory # 235518.
