Printed at the Poets' and Painters' Press. Demy 8vo (23cm). (30),[ii]pp. Original pale grey stiff wrappers, lettered in red and black; slightly bruised; a few faint marks; very small sticker removed from lower wrapper, but overall a very good and unopened copy.
