Tuttle, 1967. Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. 1st thus (after a 1908 original ed.), this is a pretty copy of the 1967 1st Tuttle edition. VG+ in a VG+, bright dustjacket with its original price intact and with a very small, inconspicuous closed tear on the head of the spine of the dustjacket. Thick quarto, 623 pgs. In its original, printed cardboard slipcase, which has held up nicely and is also VG+.
